A Good Teacher Defeated!

This is my diary! Written in retrospect, it tells the story of a good teacher defeated by repeated bullying and harassment and the failure of my manager to put a stop to what was happening to me. The diary provides a revealing insight into the damage that can be done to good teachers and draws lessons which may be of benefit to others. The diary draws on documentary evidence, but names and other contextual information have been changed to avoid identification of the school and people involved.

Bullying in the workplace

Lots of interesting stuff out there. I'm busily wading through it and intend to present my findings here. I wouldn't want anyone else to have to experience the treatment meted out to the senior teacher which I reported in my previous post - Harassment and Bullying: A Teacher's Story, October 2010.
